The entire house can be rented for $1,100.00 per night, (there are
multiple day discounts except for special events). This includes up to
12 people staying overnight and breakfast.
The
first floor may be rented for $75.00 per hour; minimum of 2 hours.

down dinner or 60 to 80 for casual dining. |
Reservation deposit is
$50.00 for a single room and $200.00 for the whole house per day. The
deposit must be on a credit card and is not refundable if the
reservation is cancelled 10 days before your scheduled arrival date.
If there is an emergency you may reschedule your stay without losing
your deposit.
There is an additional $10.00 per person charge if there are more than 2
people in a room.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and your personal check.
There is a $25 fee for returned checks
